We accomplish this mission by having a superior hurricane-impact window product line made exclusively for our customers, Durashield™, and a dedicated team of customer service agents located right here in Florida. We also offer hurricane-impact doors, bathroom remodeling/additions, and roofing. All products are made in the USA and engineered specifically for Florida homeowners.

You will NOT be making any sales, ONLY setting appointments.

Business Development Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of individuals Field Marketing Reps (typically 5-8).
  • Go door-to-door to introduce HPA's offers to potential customers and offer homeowners a free estimate on their windows/doors or roofs.
  • Transporting team to territory with company-provided vehicle.
  • Memorize and recite scripts and statements; train and enforce them with your team.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the product, service, and benefits.
  • Get information such as contact details and availability for a follow-up meeting.
  • Consistently ensure that you and your team meet daily and weekly quotas.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to obtain HPA’s auto insurance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality – able to talk to people of all walks of life.
  • Management skills and experience preferred.
  • Experience in door-to-door marketing helpful but not required.
  • Must be local to the area and know how to pick territory for the best/most qualified appointments for your team (once trained).

Compensation and benefits:

  • A high base salary plus bonuses.
  • PTO (Paid Time Off). Accrues from day one. It is not a use it or lose it policy. We buy back/pay you for any unused PTO.
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, & AFLAC, too.
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Annual bonuses, trips, prizes (cash and merchandise), etc.

Base Salary Pay: $700 - $1,000/week. Must be able to work every other Saturday from 10:00a – 3:00p.

PAID Weekly. Manager Bonus paid monthly, uncapped bonus potential. Managers receive a percentage of net sales that their team produces from their appointments for the month based on hours per demo. You receive a monthly printout of all payable appointments. Complete transparency.
